Manhattan Beach Studios - Meeting Conference RoomThank you for considering us for your meeting or event. We have two spaces. Our main room allows for a wide variety of uses.  We have chairs and tables, high speed Internet and an HD projector. The room is quiet and right in the south bay, close to highways and amenities.

The room is 32' x 17' and adjacent to a lobby with a desk as an additional workstation. We currently host Meetup groups, corporate meetings and more. For the kids we host dance parties, movie nights and more. Once a month we host a touring musician for one of our in-house concerts. 

Our conference room is approximately 16x8 and seats 4-6 comfortably. It is perfect for small meetings, or as an overflow, staging/food station for larger meetings. 

Our prices start at $45/hour (2 hour minimum), $40/hour for a five hour block or $299 for a full day. We charge additional for cleaning for certain events. Lastly, we do require an insurance certificate or can assist in providing day-rate/event insurance.
